Your Order
When a customer places an order on the website and fills all the necessary details about cutting and packing preferences, all our prices are per kg weight-based after cleaning or cutting the seafood ( fish, prawn, lobster, crab, etc.). So feel free if you give us a 1 kg order you will get 1 kg.

Order Confirmation
When a customer has successfully placed an order At our website, we saw it and checked its details such as an address, cutting, and packing. And we call the customer to confirm the order. And tell them the exact day of delivery from our analysis because we are totally dependent on our fisheries’ catches. You will be informed on call if there are delays in arranging your required seafood.

Order Processing
Once our team successfully receives your order. It is forwarded to our technical team on the ground, and they fulfill the customer’s requirements such as cutting and packing, and delivery.

Cutting & Packing
Once the desired seafood is selected, it’s forward to our cutting and packing team at our warehouse. They cut fish or seafood as customer requirements, and after cutting, your order will be pack in bags. If the order is out of Karachi, we put fish on the clean shopper, then put some ice on it and keep them on the Thermocol box and cove it from the tape of every side of the box.

Delivery
All local orders can pay cash-on-delivery, and outside Karachi have to pay in advance, and we kept on ice for a few hours so that they get cold before delivery. Once your seafood is properly chilled and ready to deliver, our delivery team ensures smooth and timely delivery at your desired location.

Billing & Payment
We will share an e-Invoice at your WhatsApp number or tell you on call a few hours before the delivery. So you can arrange your payment and collect your seafood.
